Yeah, I'm going to miss having crazy amounts of Sims in the house, doing stuff together. But I need to get the number of inhabitants down to under fifteen for the sake of my own sanity, pets included, so some of the older ones will have to go. :( As you'll see, I'm cruel when it comes to playing favourites.
If the heir has an unfulfillable LTW, I think I'm simply going to take the challenge of getting them Perma-Plat in other ways. Elys got hers from the Genie Lamp, so I don't care too much if she doesn't reach the top of her career now. I'll let her age up and retire, because her hair-do will rock on an old troll-matron.
Burton is pretty high up in the police ranks now, so Captain Hero should be within reach, securing his eternal happiness. The challenge is to keep him happy and young in the mean time.
Molly (At least I think it's her) is close to topping the aspiration meter with or without her LTW, but I'll still have her pursue it.
My plan at the moment is something like this: I'll let Rowland stay around as long as his true love Helena is alive, and he can call to ask her over. It should be a while still. After Rowland goes, I'll stop feeding Elys elixir. Mary Elizabeth will age naturally. I'll stop trying to keep Alfie young after Helena (his older sister) hits elderhood, and let him die after she does. Isabel (their much younger sister) is effectively part of Generation 3 through her marriage to Burton (Rowland's son with Rose), so she hangs around. All the other boys from Gen 3, Neale, Thaddeus and Reuben, get to age up at their own pace. Neale is already an elder, and I think Thad's about to follow. Ettie gets to pursue her LTW of topping the athletic career for as long as she can stay young. Same with Molly and her education career. Edna (her sister) and Weedy (her mother) stay young as long as she does. They've been together like a trio of sisters for so long I don't want to split them. Gus will be kept young as long as he can get the points. Louise will stick around for a while, and I'll have her use the Genie lamp for Perma-Plat if she has to. Generation 4, no idea yet. :)
