Hmm, I should really start playing chance cards with the Ducklings. It might be a good way to lose money.
Yeah, remember when Fronie got one that cost her 15 000 Simoleons? That wasn't even on a top level. It would have made me furious if they'd actually had any money at the point, which they didn't. The complainant only got 1500 from them, since they'd just had a spending spree. The rules actually say that you've gotta take them, but then again they also say that you need to paint heir portraits, so I guess I'm selective about what I obey.
Somehow that mustache really complements his nose.
It does! I keep hearing him in a veeery slooow Southern drawl. :P
I nearly added "Ettie's looking ready to kill someone" under that picture, but then I thought that Francie should get to be the background scene stealer since I had complained so much about her rolling Fortune. Luckily I think her LTW is only to sell a masterpiece or something, and she's already maxed her Creativity, so she may be easier to sort out than Isabel and Mary Elizabeth.
The kids are actually Generation 4. :) I number the updates after the heir currently in charge, because I like being contrary like that. I'll try my best not to have a generation with 8 children again.
Aaaand now I go hunting for a new computer, so I can play again. I've got my heart set on an Asus desktop, which looks like it could most likely handle TS3 as well. I expect there to be teething trouble getting TS2 to run on Windows 8, though. There may be a period of troubleshooting and stuff.
If you get really bored in the mean time, you could check out My TS3 blog. It was never really written for an audience, so I didn't really try to be funny, but I do love the Throttlewood/Farell family.
