I may have a little problem...

Long story short, I think the whole Magpie mega-lot is mega-glitched. I've had to move the family out of there, but I'm scared of deleting the house in case I corrupt the neighbourhood further. It probably wasn't a good idea to put all the legacies in one hood, but I wanted to do a sort-of-BACC, etc.

And so, the situation for the Magpies is as followed: The Immortals - Rowland, Helena, Weedy, Jennifer, Burton, Francie, Sharkey, Ettie and Peggy - have moved back to their original house. I must have slipped into some sort of sanity, because I can't handle playing a 20+ person household anymore. It leaves me no room to focus on the younger generations, and they suffer for it. Besides, the good oldies are safer in their own house.

The rest of the gang, headed by Ferrett, are going to have to build a new house. This one's going to be a lot smaller, and I won't bother with giving everyone their own bedroom. Ugh. I just hope it's not the Sims themselves that are nerffed.

There's a reason households are not supposed to have more than x sims, I guess. Also all the paintings, memories, all the data stored with time, I suppose it gets too heavy :(

Glad it's just the lot. Love the positive attitude: seeing it as an opportunity to practice your building skills :D

I've found a floorplan for a 6-bedroom villa, which I think will suit their needs nicely. It's going to need a bit of reworking and simplifying, but with a bit of luck I should be able to get a much more functional home for them. Truth be told, I kind of hated their mansion. It had a very stretched layout, and even if the most "functional" rooms were centralized, they spent a lot of time just navigating the huge house. I also wanted a more bright and cheerful home for them.
