Somehow I assumed that since we read this in high school, then entire World must have xD You had no idea what you were missing: I haven't touched the thing since the literature class, and I still remember vividly how Roland dying from wounds ran up a hill, sat down under a pine tree facing his beloved country of France, and hid his sword under his body, so that enemies can't have it. That was the absolute hights of over-the-top death scene in my mind. Now Omani has topped him!
It's not like creatures made of stone can't complain that the pond is too small for them both, so do it!!! With an ichtiosaur made as well as rock carving can do, it will be even more like a scene from the old pictures!
