TigerAnne Does Questionable Things to Sims.

Hi Peeeeeeeeeeepz! It's Raelynn! Wow, Christmas totally happened! :O Let's visit the Scheilers again. I thought this was supposed to be a Halloween update, but school has been... yes. Very.

I'm sure you've noticed that MK'la's started posting the Uni updates. If you haven't, you need to go and read them right now! This update is going on at the same time as the oldest three heirs/ambassadors are getting their college decrees. While Artsy Mack's being a serial dater, Pyson is tempted by dark forces of temptation, and Tex Toro's taking life and love seriously like Friday adviced him to, Anakin and the twin girls are busy coming of age.

Hi, this is TigerAnne here, and this is not a joke. I've murdered Arenanueva!

What happened was that my trusty old brain, which I can't actually trust further than I can throw it, made me do something stupid. You can't actually throw your brain very far, so that shows you how much mine can't be trusted! The main Scheiler lot, known in the story as The Village, had problems. The save file was way too huge, and it crashed a lot. So I was going to move them out, split the household, and move them into different new houses. Friday and the remaining Villagers would get a freshly-extracted copy of the Village, cleaned of Sim references, to live in.

But that's not what my BRAIN made me do! It made me put the whole colony of them in the Lots and Houses bin. Now all of their relationships with everyone outside of that household are severed. When they meet them again, the game will treat them as someone new. The hood will be corrupted, because the game treats the same people as two different Sims with the exact same data. I know I can technically fix all of this in SimPE, but the chance I mess something up even further is NOT ZERO. I literally made a whole household disappear once, in the first version of the hood, just because I tried to set Phil as Maikana and Zarinda's father. I believe that's when that hood got borked.

The worst part is that right before I tried to move the Scheilers out, my brain started screaming at me to DO A BACK-UP before I did it, or else something..! My reaction was to brush it off as "magical thinking," which I suffered heavily from as a teen and young adult, and still have to be aware of now. I must always try not to listen to it, because it'll want to come back. If I had actually listened, Arenanueva would be safe though. Ooof.

So now I really don't know what to do with the sitch. I'll try to finish the generation before I remake the hood. PQ's family isn't as directly affected, and that's where the last two Heirs live. They only need four more days before they can grow up. After that, I guess I can say that everyone just moves to Monty's new city, or something. It was going to be a Downtown to Arenanueva, but I think I'll make it a main hood instead. Maybe I can attach a remade Arenanueva to that as the Downtown, and have it be like a Village of Shadows or something? x)

Still, this is crap. I was hoping to do something else while Sam and MK'la were in charge of the Uglacy than messing with the Scheilers! SIGH! But we can't always get what we want!

Hi my Peepz, Raelynn the Narrator is typing at Y'all. I have a cold. x( It's not so bad, but I got sent home from school after I sneezed three times during English class. Usually I think that Ashley Trentini - our wickedly strict teacher who looks younger than most of us, which is probably why she needs to assert her dominance all the time - is an evil dictator. But today I kind of like her, because she ordered me out of the school and to stay away for at least three days. :D I'm waaaaay behind on writing updates, and MK'la's getting ready to start her generation in a week or so!

Today we'll be visiting PQ and Milly at the Branch, and see how they're doing. We haven't seen them in a while!

I don't have a Halloween Sims project planned like MK'la does, but there will be some kind of Halloweeny updates throughout the next month. And maybe into November, who knows! So without further ado...

Hii my peepzers! There's a new update in town, and we're back with the Villagers again. This chapter happens kind of parallel to 7.13, and you'll get to see Weedy getting her furcoat and stuff.

Hi y'all, it's y'all's Narrator - Raelynn. :D I've been on vacation to Florida! :O It was completely unplanned, but one of Mom's best friends bought a house down there and invited us to come and stay with them for a couple of weeks. Yeah, now I've seen real alligators up closer than I ever thought I wanted. Also, I experienced the most traumatic thing I've ever witnessed: A freaking pelican tried to eat a puppy alive! We were at this park by a lake, and there was this little terrier pup there. It was adorbs, fuzzy little thing maybe three months old. Suddenly this bastard bird came waddling up behind it and just casually scooped it up into its beak! We could see the poor little doggo struggling for its life in the chin pouch, and hear it bark and howl, while the pelican repeatedly tried to swallow it. Then the dog's owner came running, and grabbed the bird by its scrawny neck. He shook it violently until it spat the pup back out, and then he grabbed the puppy and ran to his car. It was terrible. I hope I'd have done the same thing.

Peeps! We're back at the Village for a dramatic update. Many things will never be the same after this... :O

Hiiiiiiiiii my peepz! This is Raelynn again. :) I'm back with another update of the Scheilers. Now my generation is at least half as long as MK'la's last one was!

Hiiii peeps! This is Raelynn once again, with the second part of the Branch's week update. I know the last update was shorter than usual, and this one is too, because I took fewer pics than usual during the week I played them. With so many children there's a lot of repetition, and I guess you're not all that interested in seeing Sims eating, skilling and using the bathrooms.

Anywhoo, last time they took an outing to their favourite hangouts, and almost visited Moriarty at the cemetery. Then they invited the headmaster around, and got all their school-aged children into private education. PQ is also a wolf again! :D

This time you'll see the final two babies, including their real faces. Spike will get his face too, and Storm will become a teen. :D

Hii, it's Raelynn here. Y'all's narrator. :D So a little confession here... I don't actually have enough pictures for this update at the time I'm starting writing. (Monday afternoon.) Soooo I'm going to have to play the Villagers some more to get like 40 more pictures. That's why I don't have a clue when you guys will even be reading this! Some of this update takes place before the next one, which will be The Branch, and some after. Well, in gameplay. In the story it happens simultaneously, so. But if you notice Anachronisms in defaults and stuff, that's why.
