1: What is your character's full name?
Edgar Marius Feardorca Bogweed.

Sometimes also known as Rocky Beautiful.

2: What is their gender?
Male.

3: Is the character a protagonist, antagonist, or something else entirely?
That depends on what story-verse he's in. He's an antagonist turned ally in the Starbloom Travecy, and the protagonist of the Edgarcy. In the Scheiler series he's a recurring character who switches between heel and face on a whim. Farmer Edgar is probably not canon.

4: What is their birthdate, if known? How old does this make them during the parts of the story they appear in?
No one knows if anyone knows the actual date he was born. He's age-frozen in his early-to-mid fourties.

5: What are their colours, hair type, height and build? Hairy?!?!
Edgar is as pale as a lump of pizza dough. All of his hair, and there's a lot of it in places other than the top of his head, is black. His eyes are a creepy light grey hazel. He's regular height, maybe a little above average, but not notably tall. There's no nice way around it, Edgar is fat. His beer belly threatens to burst out of everything that has buttons.

6: Any distinguishing features? Tattoos, interesting scars or piercings?
Edgar is known for his flat, upturned nose, which resembles a pig's snout. He's got a small golden ring in his left ear. In the Edgarcy it's revealed that he's got "a rhinoceros tattoo - there," but that's ONLY canon in the Edgarcy. He's missing a couple of front teeth in the Travecy.

7: How do they dress, accessorize and wear their hair?
Edgar dresses like a lumberjack most of the time. The exception is in the Scheiler Uglacy, where he's seen sporting the most hideous touristy oufits available.

The top of his head is bald, apart from a few pathetic strands he spreads out as a thin combover. He's got a scraggly goatee with five-day stubble.

As Rocky Beautiful he wore black leather, a fishnet shirt and a long, black wig resembling a palm tree.

8: What is their personality like? Introverted or Extroverted? Polite or rude? Do they have a sense of humor?
How can we describe Edgar, if not rude? He basically has no manners. For some reason he still makes friends. He's definitely extroverted, just not always sociable or friendly. His sense of humor is incredibly inappropriate and mostly consists of playing mean and/or dangerous pranks on people. He accidentally got a girl pregnant because he peed on the seat(!) in one of the Starblooms' toilets, and he almost killed several of the family by adding poison to their drinks for the lulz.

9: Are they popular or well-liked? How do they treat people around them?
Edgar treats people irresponsibly. As mentioned above, he got young Tallie Starbloom knocked up with his twins, by peeing on the toilet seat in her home. Twice. In a row. It's not only possible, in the reality they live in, it appears to have an incredibly high probability of happening. Although it was revealed to have been unintended, he really should have known better. After learning that three-quarters of his children were in a special prison for criminally insane teens, he broke them out and released them back into society. He also kidnapped the fourth child from her mother's home, and brought her with him on dangerous time-travels to prehistoric times. Fortunately, it seems like having parental responsibilities is slowly teaching Edgar to think things through a little more.

(It also has to be said that Tallie and her parents treated the Juniors awfully before their incarceration. Living with Edgar is probably a better life for them.)

Out of petty spite, he fudged Travecy-Aylatani's hospital admittance papers, when she went in for a minor nose-adjustment. She ended up with a face that didn't even fit properly on her head. As a result, Liranda thought she had murdered the real Aylatani, and spent a century trying to get vengance.

In the Edgarcy, Aylatani and him had a litter of quadruplets, followed shortly by twins, which neither of them had the least clue how to care for. He was mostly neglectful to all of them while they were growing up. As a result, the children grew up feral and constantly brawled. One of them starved to death. He's got an enemy relationship with at least one of his surviving sons.

His Scheiler-verse self went full villain, tried to make himself king of North America, and wanted to force Liranda to marry him. Edgar's evil presence made everything wilt and die. Fortunately, Friday and Studs managed to summon Landru, who promptly put Edgar in the slammer for some 20 years. He seems to be reformed, but even Landru couldn't fix his reckless and impulsive nature.

Edgar is known to keep a number of inappropriate and dangerous pets. He's got a "direpitbull" named Doorstop, which apparently is some kind of prehistoric creature, bred from direwolves the way dogs (including pitbulls) were bred from another type of (now extinct) wolf. One of his AU-selves owns two Komodo dragons named Snoozlepox and Snorp, who live in a pen behind his house and take care of household trash and incriminating evidence. He's got a koala who functions as his get-away driver. There have also been hints at a dinosaur farm, from which the "livestock" has escaped and followed their master through time-gates on occasion.

10: What sort of social background do they come from? For example, are they part of a specific culture? Is their family wealthy or poor? Did they grow up in a town or city, in the countryside, the suburbs or elsewhere?
Edgar's early history is practically unknown. Despite the fact a whole book about him exists in his own 'verse, there's no information in it about his origins. The only real hint is his family relation to James Bennington Throttlewood - his second cousin - who's known to be from a different dimention and century. James has a mixture of pig and human DNA, and the same may be true for Edgar.

Edgar is a time-traveller and dimention-hopper in all his canon variations. He's supposedly also a wizard, although he has no inherent supernatural abilities. Most likely he's used modern tech for tricking people in past centuries he's visited into thinking he did. He's also dabbled in alchemy, herbology and various mad sciences.

Although Edgar isn't rich by any means, he never seems to lack anything. He's mentioned having access to an item duplicator, so he can probably get along pretty well without needing to spend any actual money.

Travecy-Edgar lives with his children in a small log-house in the forest. He built it after he sprung the Juniors from jail, and the small shack he lived in didn't have enough room for five people. Their living conditions are old-fashioned, but rather cozy.

In the Edgarcy he's raising his family in a post-apocalyptic wasteland. The apocalypse, in which everything including trees and plants mysteriously vanished in a blink, happened right before he arrived there. Was it connected? Probably!

11: How do they get along with their family, whether biological or self-chosen?
Since Edgar lives several different lives, we're going to have to break this up a bit.

In the Travecy:
Edgar's only known family in this dimension is his four children: Trilby, Gargarny, Parsley and his daughter Linimpa. He tries his best to take care of them and be a parental influence, so they at least don't have to go back to jail. This includes trying to teach the boys all the basic skills that were neglected while they were locked up. They'll be useless as minions if they can't read the instructions for how to fly a time machine, or do some simple ingredient maths for brewing a potion.

His relationship with his in-laws and his baby-momma can only be described as pure hatred. They hate him for thoughtlessly pulling a gross prank that left Tallie as a single mother of four by the time she was 21, and for kidnapping the one child she did care about and turning her against her mother's family. He hates them for mistreating his kids, and letting them end up in a special child prison.

In the Edgarcy:
Edgar and Aylatani felt they had to repopulate the deserted stretch of barren grassland they inhabited. They got to work, producing six children within two years(!), two daughters - Toadstool and Bolton, and four sons - Horace, Sprocket, Turnip and Eggbert. RIP Eggbert, he ded. :( Edgar and Tani were woefully unprepared for the amount of work and garbage involved. Even with help from several nannies, life was chaotic and utterly miserable. Edgar spent as little time at home as he could, while the kids were growing up, blaming job responsibilities. He'd elected himself Kind and Benevolent Emperor of Hulgaria, after helping them get rid of a government that had decided they should be medieval forever. Despite being a rather neglecful and sarcastically aloof father, only one of his five surviving children hates him. That's Sprocket, BTW. His wife, Danielle, hates Edgar too.

There's also his ill-tempered, humorless sister Huberta, who in the Edgarcy is the mother of the children Edgar has with Tallie in the Travecy. Huberta's mission in life is to make sure that no one, including Edgar, engages in any silly and useless activity - usually known as "having fun." Edgar thinks Huberta is a wet rag, and she thinks he's a demented numbskull. Their verdicts are very correct.

12: Which of the other characters are their closest friends?
It must be whatever pets he's got, because Edgar relies on no other human.

13: Are any of the other characters their enemies? Why?
LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL yes.

Aylatani, because he faked a her medical journal and got her a hideous face-transplant.

Tallie, because he made her pregnant with his ugly kids. Twice. And he kidnapped her daughter.

Liranda, because he made her daugher pregnant with ugly grandchildren.

Adana and Riana, because he poisoned them.

Sprocket and Danielle, because they spy on him with their telescope.

Gothic Elfman Legolas, because Edgar spies on him with his telescope.

Friday and Studs, because they stopped him from becoming King and marrying their mom.

Landru, because he kept Edgar locked up in jail for a coupla decades.

Chaz, because all the reasons.

14: What do they look for in a romantic partner? Do they have a special “type” they always go for?
He seems to end up with Aylatani in most of his incarnations.

15: Do they follow any religion - organized or otherwise, or believe in powers beyond nature?
It would be incredibly inappropriate to mix Edgar and religion, so we're not touching that one. He definitely believes in the supernatural, because he's seen a lot of it.

16: Do they have any special strenghts, talents or abilities that set them apart from most other people? Is there anything they are unusually good at, or has special knowledge about?
Edgar has karma-teflon. His bad behaviour very rarely comes back to bite him in the derriere. The only one who's managed to stick anything to him and make him accept consequences is the very powerful Landru from Star Trek!

Edgar knows a lot about many different pseudo-sciences, and owns several books full of forbidden knowledge. He claims to be a wizard. Although he's got no innate magical powers, he possibly knows how to use artifacts that have power of their own.

17: Is something in particular making their life difficult, like a disability or some kind of lurking danger?
Welp. You could argue that he's entirely to blame for the majority of his own problems. In the Travecy he's spent most of his life trying to get rich and famous by faking the invention of the wheel, so he can get the copyright. He's been completely unable to find the right place and time for it on his time-travels.

18: What do they like doing in their free time? Is their taste in culture and entertainment high- or low-brow? Are they part of a special life-style?
When he's not off in his time machine, he likes brewing potions (especially alcoholic ones) in a secret laboratory. He's often conducting very questionable science experiments, sometimes on clueless volunteers he's grabbed off the side-walk.

Edgar being Edgar, his tastes are the lowest of brows. He loves cooking up a huge batch of what's known as "drunk-foods" and plopping his butt on the sofa for a marathon viewing of d-list action movies. When his kids aren't home, he'll indulge in terrible soaps. They must never find out that the stash of old VHS tapes below his bed isn't naughty movies, but recordings of his favourite show "Love Makes the Roses Pink."

19: If they could do anything they wanted in life, what would it be? Is there one particular dream or nightmare that drives them forward?
He wants to train a squad of velociraptors to roller-skate. And be Emperor of the galaxy.

20: U wot M8?
Seth, is this you? I don't have any plutonium cores. You don't happen to know where I can get some? Do you know Patrick's number?
