The only one who's managed to stick anything to him and make him accept consequences is the very powerful Landru from Star Trek!
LOL! Edgar should remember that Landru is like Santa Claus. He sees you when you're sleeping, he knows when you're awake, he knows if you've been bad or good, so be good, Edgar! At least in the Scheilerverse.
Actually, in some ways, Edgar would make a good soap opera villain. They don't suffer any real consequences to their evil deeds, either, unless they're being written off the show.
Patrick may have the plutonium cores, but Edgar shouldn't count on his help. Not only is Patrick uncommunicative, but he has a full arsenal of machines that carry out almost every purpose, and he won't hesitate to use them. That's how he's keeping MK'la quiet about the origins of the name Bibijimjim. Fortunately for all of us across all time and universes, Patrick is an extremely mild-mannered, patient, and pleasant fellow who is for the Greater Good.
