Baww hawwwwwww!

Nightlife refuses to install! When I put in the second disc, I get the message that one of the files can't be copied. I really don't want to play without NL, because sooo many things would be missing! At least the external drive is reading some of the files, now. Maybe it's having teething trouble? I'll try OFB, and see how it works.

If nothing else... I'll be getting a stationary PC later this year.

Okay, so there are still problems. xC

My laptop and the DVD drive refuse to be friends. When it's not the drive insisting that my original M&G CD is a copy, it's my laptop refusing to acknowledge that the drive exists. I tried the old trick with downloading a no-CD .exe from GameCopyWorld, but it didn't work.

I have no idea why it doesn't work for me, when it apparently does for everyone else. Maybe it's like when I push and push the button on a doorbell, and there's no sound. Then someone else comes by, pushes the same button, and it *rings*. Very annoying.
