The Atherton (not really) ISBI - Part 8.

The Longest Winter Ever(TM) was finally over, and Williana could turn off the snow machine. As you can probably tell from the first picture, she had a slight aspiration-reassignment. I changed her secondary from fortune to family.


Yeah, this douche again.


Um, it's not that warm yet. But if someone wants to use the pool out of their own free will, that's just great!


By all means... It's been entirely too long since you antagonized anyone.


Evie: They gonna fight!

Williana: Yes, I think we should evacuate.


Wilandra: Why is everyone picking on meeeeeeeeeeeeee?

Dunno? Maybe because you're a bitter and agressive asshole?


Ivy's make-over. She's always been one of the townies I think are good looking.


Ivy: You've been an unsufferable brat to everyone, Wilandra. Someone will have to stand up to you!

Wilandra: Many have tried.


This was kind of inevitable.


And Wilandra won. Looks like all the hoop-shooting she's been doing has made her wimpy biceps stronger.

Oh, and Ivy got another new hairstyle, right before they clashed. The first one is lovely, but it's on a really old Peggy mesh which animates badly. :(


Alexandra: Hi, Wil. Made another mortal enemy? How do you not get the shit beaten out of you at school every day?


Alexandra: And why is Williana being friends with the girl you just beat up? Is that loyal?


What. Is. THIS? Don't tell me she's finally grown a brain?!?!?!?!?


Wilandra: Remember when I beat you up just now? :D :D :D


Williana: Remember when Uncle Henry peed himself at breakfast?

Wilandra: Yeah! Uh... which time?


There are two things that are a bit off about this picture. First, I didn't even know Sims could read bedtime stories to teens. Second, this was at 7am in the morning... The really strange thing, however, is that Wilandra actually went to school.


Aww, are you jealous, Alegra?


Everyone gets fair treatment around here!


And Alex has found something non-alcoholic to drink. Things are getting respectable around the house.

Henry: Don't worry, Evie. I'm sure Georgiana is going to grow up really ugly. You'll still be the cute one.


Yeps. Summer rolled around again, and it was time for Henry's least favourite daughter to grow up. Last minute of babyhood! Take a look at Georgie, who is still cute, and not at Williana's cleavage, kthnxbye.


Disaster averted! She's not too bad at all! However, that hair was a bit too high maintenance for a 1-year-old, and as I mentioned already the mesh is borky.


She got the same haircut as Alexandra. You know, so they can be cute, matching sisters. Not to fuel Alex' fears that she's being replaced, or anything...

In case you wonder who that is holding her, it's the aged-up Marsha Bruenig.


She grew up very well, and looks like she could have been a member of the family.


Yessss! Finally best quality apples!


Alexandra: I drew this! It's Ricky playing football with Dad!


At first glance, it looks like the football has legs.




I decided not to waste any time in getting Georgiana housetrained.


Looks like she's the adventurous sort.


This is Vanessa's current car pool.


They still love each other, in case you wondered.


I hate it when this happens!


However, they soon ignored the burning tree, and went back to being Athertons.


Even controllables aren't immune to the stupid.


Errr, 'Ana? That's your sister's diary you're writing in there. The crazy sister with a fondness for throwing axes.


I always panic when the picture-in-picture cut to Wilandra, but it was just to show that she got slim... again. She loses and gains weight like other people... change their socks? Something like that.


Let's hope she makes a habit of this!




She's probably thinking of hibernating.

Henry: You show her, kid!


Vanessa: It's so great to see that you've stopped being a pushover! You'd do awesomely in the Army!


Vanessa: Look, Georgie. This is how Athertons solve problems!


Goodness. She looks criminally insane!


Ivy: And now you stop picking on Alvin and that other little boy!


Brick wall: *Crash!*

It's fairly obvious that I didn't take many pictures while playing, because apparently it's winter again here. Winter number eight, to be precise.


Wilandra: Oh, so you're having fun on my expense...

No fighting that day, I think. They got distracted by other things.


Williana managed to make a pre-broken hydrobot. Thank goodness it only left puddles and weeds, not garbage and roaches.


The scary thing is that they can turn themselves on when they get broken. Best to get it fixed.


Good thing they've got a maid!


There was only a couple of days of snow. The weather machine wore out, and I didn't bother getting them a new one since it felt like it had just been winter.


Calm down, dude. That wasn't her fault!


Yes, you can have a violin! It's going to take up much less space than that piano you want!


Williana: Move! I've got to use the bathroom!

Wilandra: You're not seriously asking us to stop what we're doing, when we're actually studying for once?!

Alexandra: You can pee in that potted plant you've got in your room.

Wilandra: Yeah, ferns like it wet.


Darling, you're way too young for that!


It's hard to get these two in the same picture. They're all over the place.


Evie seems to take after her older sister, and skills up all the time. The bunny head is her favourite.


Wilandra still paints. I think this one represents her heart and soul. It matches the wall-paper very well.


Oh no, what have I done...


Williana got the silver badge, and made a couple of sentry-bots. They zap burglars and stupid neighbours who come to kick their bins over.


Lily Fuchs, the gothic vampy downtownie, came home with someone. She's so fabulously snooty I want to marry her into a playable family!


I think she's quite pretty, despite her face being made up of all angles.


Georgie is actually really cute. You can really tell she's got the Atherton look.


I made Evie in BodyShop, and I can't remember if she's made from Milena or from Wilandra.


They do have everyday clothes, they just like to bum around in their Pjs all day. :) Runs in the family.


And I very obviously didn't take pictures for several Sim-weeks. Suddenly it was late autumn again.


And this is the reason I don't have ACR!

Next time it will be winter yet again, and a lot of townies will have gotten new clothes for Christmas.
