The MacAvoy ISBI. Generation 1.3!

Yes, I said this was going to be 2.1, but there were more pictures left from Elliott's reign as Torch Holder than I thought. There will be a new one taking over during this update, but for most of it, Generation 1 is still in charge.




We start this update with an announcement.


I finally found a hair I liked on Helena, which I haven't abused so much. She's heir. I liked her too much to pass her up, despite her being Romance, and probably having an LTW I didn't like the sound of.


Having your friends paying attention to your parents macking is not awkward at all in the Sims' world.


Liam started flirting with Helena. She appreciated it, and that made him happy. Hey, Liam... keep in mind that your girlfriend has a steel-man with a crush, just waiting for you to slip up!


Elenora wasn't immune to Liam's charm either.


Army-Dad hugs: They're a little firmer than Regular-Dad hugs.

Alfie: Mffffph! Gnnnnf!*

Oh, right. She's pregnant again. It's a "test tube" baby. She refused to get pregnant for days, and then I read that you can use the Tombstone to start a pregnancy. I figured the Sim Blender isn't that much different.


I guess nothing of note happened after the first pop, because this was the next picture.


Awww, she's reading to her little sister! Romance Sims are always so family oriented, even when they fear it. ;)


Yes, Alfie. You can have a violin. It's one of the best ways to make Sims gain creativity, I think. :)


No funny pictures of Fronie screaming in pain this time. It's a girl with all of Elliott's genetics. Her name is Isabel.


Now, I've seen Sims stepping over the video game console lots of times. But for some stupid reason, Elenora got trapped behind it and couldn't go to school.


And the inevitable result...


Elenora: WAAAA HAAAA! I'm never going to be heir now!

Why do all the birthdays happen at once? And Fronie's getting old, crap!


I think I took this just to have a picture of Isabel as a baby. She was the forgotten one.


Anyway, it was time to grow her up and see what she looked like.


She's a clone of Elenora! Well, I think Ellie's got Fronie's skintone, and Isabel's got Elliott's, but apart from that they are identical. Second-born syndrome, anyone? Is that possible? They both have all of Elliott's features apart from maybe the eye-shape. Alfie's Elliott 2.0, and I gave him the same hair to highlight the fact. Helena's the best blend of her parents, and thus she was the natural choice for who gets to carry on the genes.


Jerica has learned to play chess from mad people. She'll be very hard to beat!

Not bad, compared to last time he grew up.


Family aspiration! Yay, that means he'll want to help out with all his little nieces and nephews! He likes chubby girls with lots of bling, who have no artistic talent.

Playing golf does not make you good at soccer, or whatever it is she's actually playing. Basket, maybe?


What? WHAT??? How is that possible? The only consolation was that they actually only had 1500 Simoleons left from building a second floor, so they didn't actually lose much. But it sucked to see the zero in the family funds! Now I know not to take that chance card anymore! Golf is awsome!


Hooray, they brought home two kids who hate each other! Fight? Moar blood?


Sadly, it never got beyond shoving.

And then Fronie was suddenly an elder. :-/ I guess that's why I had to cheat her pregnant, she was too old.


Ha ha ha, as if she could retire after that law suit?


But silver mama or not, she still had a preschooler to take care of.

Look how the door highlights her nose! I gave her a prominent one, so she wouldn't be too generically pretty.


I couldn't let Fronie walk around in that horrid track suit she grew up into. She was always a colourful, retro-loving sort.


Oh look! A magic lamp! I know they sell for a lot of cash, but I had better plans.


See, Elliott was never intended to get his LTW, but this way he could get perma-plat anyway. Helena was growing up, and I intended to let her take over as soon as she could.


Elliott: Very good burgers, son!

Oh, right. Isabella. She exists.


Not bad at all, concidering any care they took of her was autonomous. They did have help from Kendall, though.

Hello! It's creepy Jihoon, who alittlestrange's Alan wanted to look like. It wouldn't really have been any improvement.


Why not get Isabel into the private school as well? It's another 8000 points for anyone who wants it. Oh, and by the way... the Headmaster is not called PJ after all. It's a little worse. Let's just refer to him as Mr. Ryan from now.


Mr. Ryan was very impressed. That's probably the best score I've ever gotten.


And then, just like that, the torch was passed to Helena.


Her never-seen-before personality. She's a very nice sort. Is it just me, or does she have 26 points? I know some of the premades have more or less than 25, but having game-born Sims is still new to me. I've never counted before.


Off to her second last day of school.


And Isabel too, because they look so cute in uniform. :) And because I felt bad about not really paying attention to the poor kid.

Burton: So... do people like put the rings on before they move in, or do they move in first and then give each other rings? And when are they married? I've only ever seen one wedding, and that didn't work because my uncle didn't want to wear the ring. I think he thought it was too girly.

Wilandra: I... I think you'll understand better when you're older.

This was kind of historic for both of them. Helena was doing her last ever homework, Isabel was doing her first.


If she's going to take tips from Wilandra on how to be a good Romance Sim, this ISBI won't get a third generation. Boys generally don't like getting punched and kicked, unless they're the stupid, masochistic type. And those break your car and stare at you while you sleep.


Helena: I'm not sure I want to grow up. What if I'm not going to be pretty anymore?

Fronie: Darling, you look a lot like me. You can't not be pretty!


Well. let's see...


Yeah, pretty much as expected. She looks mostly like her mother, but she's got Elliott's genetics. I'm still not sure about her nose. Is it possible it's an in-between thing?

Time to find a baby-making partner in crime. Off to Lucky's!

Luckily for Helena, I doubt the audience paid much attention to her performance. Look who we've got here! Rowland, Sir Alfred and Aniya. I'm starting to wonder about Aniya's regard for the house rules at the Asylum. Taking the crazies out to play poker several times a week is probably not recommended.


This is Lonzo. He started out a a really ugly premade, who I blended with the elf face. I'm not usually in the habit of making prettyboys, so this one made me snicker a bit. And then the generator gave him that glorious name...


However, he'll make pretty babies.

Awwww, or something? I can't say that I was completely sure it was a good idea for her to marry Lonzolas the criminal, but any aspiration points are welcome.

At this point it was 4am, and Helena was almost asleep. Best to get her home.


BTW, this guy is more my typical style. He's actually gender-switched Wilandra, aged up and somewhat edited because she makes for a very odd man. Good thing I'm not planning on breeding her.


My Sims have had romantic moments under many strange circumstances, but I think this was probably the nastiest.


Ah, look! Besties! Now he can move in!


He accepted. I think this is the fastest any of my Sims have ever found a significant other.

Yeah, I always have them pop those questions a little too soon. At least he didn't dump her at the altar!




It was time the heiress and her future husband got a room of their own. Doesn't it look cozy? I love that bed from Cashcraft! In fact I love the whole set, and whatever she might have done in her CC career doesn't change that fact.


When your ISBI kids go to private school and get A+, you can't really complain. More chaos, please?




This time the engagement was accepted. Very good! Now, let's get them married before one of them gets cold feet again!

Yes, I think so. Just like her father she will forsake her LTW (WooHoo 20 Sims) because I find it ethically questionable. Instead she'll have a morally sound career protecting safety and freedom. (Being army isn't all about killing people, you know.)

Helena: Hello, is this the county shelter? Yes, I'm interested in adopting a dog. In fact there is one particular dog I want to inquire about. I've heard stories that you've got a dog named Duncan, a pointer-golden mix, who has been with you for 17 years but who just doesn't seem to get old. Yes, that's the dog I want! You're bringing him over? Awesome!


DUNCAN IS HOME!


Then he spent the next day locked safely in the run, to make sure he ate!

Helena: Yay, I'm home from my totally respectable job protecting the civilians from people like my husband and worse!

Elenora: That will be me doing the dance tomorrow! :D


Her teen years were over, so she wouldn't need her life stage command. I let her use it to blow out the candles, so she could age up with some dignity.


And here she is! She grew up well and everything. And that makes this a good place to leave off for now. There is another update coming before we return to the Magpies of Magpie Manor, and see if Elys can find it in her heart to forgive Sinjin.
