More pics of the Pleasants.

So then I got a default skin I like better. It's Pooklet's My Poor Lover, which I found here. They look a lot like the other ones, but they've got a proper nose. :D

Can't take pictures of Angela and not of Lillith, now can we?

Yeah, it's not easy to get these two on good terms.

I think I need to install Apartment Life ASAP, so Angela can take an anger management class.

Mary Sue: Ahahahaaa! Now I can beat the crap out of Kaylynn if she tried anything!

And then, here came Daniel back from work.

Daniel: I can't believe they dropped the piano! I told them to be careful with that piano!
He got fired from a chance card. >:)

Marylena: Hiya Daniel! Nice day for a stroll!
Daniel: Shut your face, trollop! I'm not in the mood for human interaction!

Don: And then Nina came in, wearing this sexy, pink dress that she proceded to remove slowly, slowly...
Daniel: I don't want to hear about it!

Daniel: WTF Don? Can't you see that I'm pissed off and don't want to act civilized?

Mary Sue: I'm a modern mom. I have to let the children sort this out on their own. The child-raising book I read said I can't interfere.

Mary Sue: Should I comfort her? The book says that it could be understood as favouritism. I better let her get over it one her own.

Lillith: Whyyyyy! Why are you so mean to me?

Angela: I'm sorry, Sis. I don't know why I do this. I can't even remember why I hate you, anymore. It's just become a habit.

Ricky: A hug to cheer you up?
Angela: Noooo! I don't love you!!!!

Jealous?

He he he!

Angela: Everyone's having fun except for meeeee! I'm an outcast!

Mary Sue and Daniel are being all lovey autonomously, all the time.

Don: The secret to being a great kisser, son, is to wear lots of lip-balm.

He's still got the hots for Kaylynn, of course.

Don: Manly hetero-hug?
Daniel: HELL NO!

Autonomous responsibility?

Apparently not. She only made enough for herself.

All Sim-families need a responsible member, and in this family that will have to be Angela.

OK, this is starting to remind me of TS3.

Kaylynn: In my next incarnation I want to become a ghost-hunter.
Lillith: Me too.

Awww, she's clasping her hands under the blanket. Little details like that are sorely missing from TS3.

This happened at the breakfast table the next morning.
Lillith: Crap, we're not enemies anymore.

Daniel: BAWWW HAWWW I HAVEN'T CHEATED ON MY WIFE!

Here comes the taxi.

I've never really played Dowtown before, since loading screens took FOREVER on my old computer (Which was a stationary one, no less)! It was Saturday, and without most EPs installed there wasn't much to do at home.

First stop: The goth-club! I was mistakenly thinking that it was always night in Dowtown. Oh well.

Dear Maxis, we want this animation back in TS4. PLEASE!!!

I forgot that Mortimer is old!

This teen boy seemed to like Lillith, but he thought everyone else were crazy.
Apparently, I didn't take many pictures in that club. The twins moved on to the gym/spa place, because they both needed a pee and a shower.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I'VE SEEN MRS CRUMPLEBOTTOM! It's historic! I was really, really hoping she'd smack someone with that brick-loaded purse of hers, but all she did was try to scold Lillith for showering naked. (Dafuq?)

Time for free food! Angela is not a very good cook. Kind of like the other Angela. :/

Don't be fooled by how civilized they look. I had to cancel out "slap" and "poke" interactions every 30 seconds. They're more demanding to look after than Scarlett!

Joe Carr apparently prefers his food well done.

Dina followed them from the club. She wasn't very good at throwing darts.

Last stop of the night was the bowling alley. One of them, anyway.

This is Knut Barthelet. HOW MUCH HAVE I MISSED UGLY TOWNIES??? A lot!

Like I've said before, I LIKE the bowling animations!

You can't really see it, but Angela is about a metre above ground. I can't remember catching any of them doing the "I'm awesome" kick they do in TS3, though.

Lillith: Not sure about this. I've got a bent elbow...
(That was actually my pathetic excuse for why I couldn't throw straight. XD )

Lillith: This reminds me of when we watched Hamlet in English class.
Kennedy Cox: That one is so depressing.

Lillith: Ohpleaseohpleaseohplease!
(She took out all but one of them.)

Kennedy: It's not science, you just have to get the ball to roll in a straight line!

Lillith: Maybe I should try getting the ball a little closer to the cones before it starts rolling.

It didn't work.

Lillith: I don't like bowling!
I've been thinking of re-making the family in TS3, and then her fellow goth Eveline can teach her. :P

Here's another gothy lady who likes the noisy and colourful environment of the bowling alley.

Here's Nina as well. I ended up replacing her s3 skintone with another recolour of the same skin, because I didn't like the shading and contrast.

I like this Downtownie. She'd be very pretty with a make-over.

He he!

Time to return home, and relive the Saturday.

Daniel: Okay..! Which one of you two little geniuses uploaded our home videos to Simerica's Most Effed Families?

And Angela finally learned to study.
At this point, the twins' relationship is tolerable. Their short-term relationships are in the low positives, but the long-term ones are still at about minus fourty, so I have to monitor them and keep them from fighting. I'll come back to this family later. Next update is a re-make of one of my old original families.
