TS3 versions of a few Starblooms and friends. :)

Narrator has been recovering from the prospect of Feebs marrying an old geezer, and becoming widowed on her 21rst birthday, by giving some of her favourite babies a new and better life in another dimention. Anything TS3 usually goes on tigerannesims, but this is just a few pictures of what they look like.




Here's Liranda, in her terrible work outfit, with Kim. She's got a really long and thin face, and I think maybe Narrator went a bit overboard when she was trying to get her likeness as exact as possible. Kim should have had longer fur, but they're in California, so a shorter coat is probably better for her.


They live with Zarinda, who doesn't look that much like her original form.


This is their dogs, that they got through neighbourhood adoption. Nova is the light grey one, and Rudy the one with the beige/fawn coat. Originally, they were just keeping Nova, and giving Rudy to Maikana when she moves to town, but they decided to keep him.


Tallie lives next door to them, with Starling. She needs some tweaks, I think.


Laurelin, and her dog Irian, live in the house on the other side of theirs. To quote Narrator, Laurelin "came out all wrong."


Phil lives down the end of the street, with his own cat and a few dogs. He was really, really hard to get right, Narrator reports.

This is their local neighbourhood. The first house, on the left, is Laurelin's. Liranda and Zarinda live in the turquoise one (which is actually blue, but the yellowish light makes it look more green). Tallie and Starling live in the third house, which has a black roof, and needs expanding. The greenish house with the large windows, is meant to be Ryan and Falcon's digs. Phil's house isn't visible in this picture, but it's the last one on this side of the road.

Maikana won't be living in this area. I've Narrator has picked out a house for her family (Simon, Lilo, Adana and Riana) in the hills. It's got room for horses and a bit of farming.

And Kim the kitty is such a cutie sleeping on a table, our cats sleep just like that with they belly showing, it's always so hilarious!

It's fun to see some sims 3 stuff every now and then. I'm slowly warming up to TS3, especially since my TS2 keeps crashing so I might need to move on at some point... :/

Getting used to Sims 3 was a gradual warm-up for me too. In the beginning I was having fun exploring the new gameplay functions, but I hated hatedhated the Sims' look. Then I made a deliberately ugly family, the Throttlewoods, and they were so much fun to play, I started liking the game for real. After practicing plastic surgery on innocent premades, I little by little started learning the potential of the different sliders. Eventually, I could make Sims that at the very least resembled my idea of my characters. :)

Phil is definitely NOT breeding material. He's been so mistreated and deformed in CAS, he makes kids that look like the Bayless family. In Sims 2, Maikana is basically the female version of him, minus the nose, so I thought I could just gender-flip him to have a base to make her from. Ugh, no! The eyes worked, but the rest of Maikana had to be remodelled from scratch!

I love the kitties in both games, and in Sims 2 I way prefer cats to dogs. With Sims 3, I like them about the same. :) They've got so many cute and fun animations.

Liranda's eyes aren't quite the same, but without reading the caption I immediately thought "Liranda!" when I saw her, so that's a win. I think you got Phile, too!

TS3 kittehs sleep on their backs, just like real life kittehs! <3<3<3 Quinn never does, by the way, and even if he did, he wouldn't let me rub his tummy. :( He also only purrs for himself (aka so only he can hear), and he never kneads/makes bread/whatever you want to call it. He's kind of a dud, but I like him anyway. Most of the time. XD

Rufus' favourite sleeping position was "dead possum", with his front paws sort of curled up over his chest. He'd support himself against the back of the sofa, so he didn't roll over. That was the position I buried him in. :'(

Liranda's eyes should be narrower. Same with Zarinda. I gave Laurelin a completely different eye-shape then them, for some dumb reason. Laurie needs a complete do-over. I'm glad you recognized the, though!
