It's been around 20 years since I last listened to it, and it's one of those songs that brings back all these long forgotten feelings. I've always been a story-maker, and this song really set my imagination in motion.

Wow, that's a really nice song, and the video is pretty! I sometimes dream in those colors.

I always dream in some sort of colour-scheme, but the palette can vary a lot. My scary or grotesque dreams have stereotypically darker and more muted hues.

Oh, and let me inform you and everyone else who reads this about the dream I had on Thursday! I'm just going to copy-paste what I posted in chat with the Scumthorpians:

Aw shit, that story I linked to gave me a creepy nap-dream! (This is the same one I linked you to, Sam.)

I dreamt I was in Dr Who, except it was more like the X-Files, and I was receiving cryptic messages from people I didn't even know if were the people I would be receiving cryptic messages from!

And there was this baby, with a really dented and misshapen forehead and scalp. Her mother was 16, and worried about something about being raped by the police if she went to school.

I was studying this baby, suddenly "realising" that although it was a baby it was also a strange creature that already had the intelligence and clarity of an adult.

I told that to someone, and... the baby tried to assume its proper shape, but melted instead.

All that was left of it was its eyes, now huge and cartoony, and some sticky black pieces that reminded me of socks that had been soaked in syrup.

I hid the pieces under the blanket, because I thought it would be better if the mother discovered the horror in two installments.

First when she saw the eyes on the pillow, and then when she ripped the blanket away.

I went to tell her that something was wrong with the baby, but she was on the phone, and then she left.

It was now a much older woman who was the baby's mother.

And there was this box that I took out of a Mystery Man's suitcase.

It turned out to be an old fashioned voice recorder, which I thought was cool. Then I read a sticker(!) on the back that informed me that this was a holy relic. It was used for confessions.

And it contained pieces of a late Pope's heart and brain! So I quietly put it back in the box, and thought to myself that now I had a shocking fact to share on the internet.

Oh oh oh! And it had like a small window on top, where a picture of Pope Benedict 16th's eyes were peering out.

He looked angry.

lol u had creppy dream and i didn't lol! Seriously, I thought for sure I would, but all I dreamed about was this really modern toilet, square-shaped, black seat and lid, level with the floor, water right up to the rim, in front of a ceiling-to-floor window. XD

You know, Renenesue was supposed to have the intelligence of an adult--or probably even more intelligence, knowing Meyer's Sue characters.

At least the eye baby wasn't blind?

All in all, your dream was much better than that story. X)

I'm thinking I should write down more of my whacked-out dreams, and use them for some kind of horror story.
